Arrival – the ceremony will begin at 5pm so we ask that all guests arrive by 4.30pm.
All evening – our wedding festivities will last from 5 until 11. Be sure to bring your dancing shoes. The Soul Train line awaits you!
Attire- this is a Black Tie event, but semi- formal wear would be great as well
Anniversary- Mr. & Mrs. Tony Hall Sr. will be celebrating their 33rd Anniversary on August 20th! We’re so appreciative that they are sharing the date with us!
B is for
Best Man – Tyler Hall is our best man.
C is for
Childcare- This is an adult event. However, we are taking our traveling guests into consideration. Complimentary child care will be provided for out- of- town guests with children under 15 years old. The Sitter will be set up in the venue (approximately 6 hours). She will be available for the entirety of the Wedding. Should you need these services, please notify us in advance. This service will be set up on an as-needed basis only.
Cocktail Hour- immediately following the ceremony, guests will be escorted to the Main Lobby of the venue. Feel free to snap photos and enjoy complimentary beverages from the Open Bar.
D is for
Dietary Requirements – please let us know in advance if you have any special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate you.
E is for
Evening – music and dancing will begin at around 6.00pm until 11.00pm

Food – dinner will be served immediately after Cocktail Hour.

Memphis- The airport code is MEM. Many of our guests will be staying in Memphis however Tunica, MS (Resorts & Casinos) is about 45 minutes away.

No Smoking – as from 1st July 2006 the venue operates a No Smoking policy.

Order of Service – the ceremony starts at 4.00pm followed by a cocktail hour at 4.40p. Cocktail Hour will immediately follow our ceremony. Wedding Dinner and Reception starts at 6.00pm followed by an evening reception/dance party at 7:30pm. Festivities will end at 11pm.
P is for
Pictures – Wedding party pictures will be taken after the ceremony, so please enjoy the complimentary drinks at this time (cocktail hour).
Q is for
Quiet Please – please ensure all mobile phones are switched off during the ceremony and the wedding dinner.
