The Maldives is perfectly located right on the equator. It was FAR (28 hour travel)! But it’s literally the most beautiful place on Earth. In order to get to our 6 star resort, the Iru Fushi Sun Siyam, we flew a commercial plane, we took an 8 passenger sea plane and a small boat! It was all worth it! The food, the accommodations and the service were certainly above any 5 star we’ve patronized in the US! BTW Tony booked the entire trip. Every single detail was perfect.
